1. Data controller
ADENSO İleri Mühendislik Çözümleri San. ve Tic. A.Ş. ("ADENSO", "we") is the data controller for personal data collected through https://adenso.com.tr. Address: Yenişehir Mah. Ankara Cad. 2. What we collect
Contact form. Name, email address, company name and the project details you type. These are processed to answer your inquiry and, where it leads to a project, to prepare an offer. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (KVKK Art. 5/2-c and 5/2-f; GDPR Art. 6/1-b and 6/1-f).
Server logs. Our hosting provider records IP address, requested URL, browser type and timestamp for security and fault diagnosis. Logs are kept for a limited period and are not combined with form data.
Analytics. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure page views and traffic sources. No analytics cookie is set before you accept, and you can withdraw consent at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer. Without consent, no analytics script is loaded.
3. Sharing
Form submissions are delivered to our email through a form processing service and stored in our mailbox. The website is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. These providers act on our instructions and may process data outside Turkey or the EU under standard contractual safeguards. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with advertisers.
4. Retention
Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and for the statutory period that applies to commercial correspondence, after which they are deleted.
5. Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 and GDPR Articles 15 to 22 you may ask what data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, object to processing and, where applicable, request portability. Send requests to info@adenso.com.tr. We answer within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or your local supervisory authority.
6. Cookies
Strictly necessary storage: your cookie choice is kept in your browser's local storage so we do not ask again. Optional: Google Analytics 4 cookies (_ga, _ga_*) for up to two years, only after consent.
7. Changes
We update this page when our processing changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
