Your design, our production chain
You need manufacturing capability but building it in-house does not make sense, at least not yet. Outsourcing to a contract manufacturer solves capacity but adds a new problem: nobody on your side manages quality, logistics and the dozens of small decisions that decide whether the product ships on time.
ADENSO manages the entire production chain for you: sourcing and supplier qualification, production planning, quality control at each stage, and logistics to your customer. You retain design ownership and intellectual property; we handle execution and answer for the result.
Where it fits, production runs inside Aden Group: wedge wire screens and Coanda intakes at Aden Wedgewire and ADENCO, carbon fiber products at Gama Metalurji, automation panels and lines with HA-TEC System. For everything else we qualify and manage external suppliers under the same quality system.

Where is production done?
- Inside Aden Group where the product fits: Aden Wedgewire and ADENCO for water screens and intakes, Gama Metalurji for carbon fiber products, HA-TEC System for automation. Other products are produced by qualified external suppliers managed by ADENSO.
Can ADENSO help develop the product before production?
- Yes. Joint product development and prototyping are part of the service, including design-for-manufacturing feedback so the product can be produced at the intended cost and quality.
What volumes does ADENSO handle?
- Prototype, batch and serial production. The coordination model is the same; the supplier base and quality plan are sized to the volume.
